All applicants who applying for the SAIL Management Trainee Online Application should ensure that they have gone through the detailed Advertisement before starting with the filling of the SAIL Management Trainee Online Application Form andthey possess the following:
Valid e-mail ID, which should remain valid for atleast one year.
Candidates should have latest passport size photograph as well as photograph of signatures in digital format (.jpg or jpeg file only, of less than 500 kb size) for uploading with the application form.
Candidates applying for both MT (Tech.) and MT (Admn.) should register separately with application /processing fee. Please ensure that candidates should register with two valid unique Email IDs if they are applying for both MT (Tech) and MT (Admin) positions.
After filling in the details, the candidates are required to take a printout of the system generated Pay-in-Slip and deposit the requisite fee with the nearest SBI Branch against the individual application number (Rs.500/- as examination fee for General and OBC Candidates. Rs.100/- as processing fee for SC/ST/ PH/Departmental candidates). The candidates will have to log in again to complete the Registration process by using the Application No. printed on the Pay-in-Slip and the DOB. After providing the payment details the system will generate the Registration Slip.
All correspondence with candidates shall be done through e-mail only. All information regarding examination schedule/admit card/ interview call letters etc. shall be provided through email/uploading on SAIL website. Responsibility of receiving, downloading and printing of admit card/interview call/ any other information shall be of the candidate. SAIL will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong email ID provided by the candidate or for delay/not receipt of information if a candidates fails to access his/her mail/website in time.Candidates are not required to send any document to SAIL. The Original Registration Slip, Pay in Slip may be retained for future. Candidate has to come with photo admit card at the time of written test, without which the candidates will not be allowed to appear in the test.
